I recently read a post about motivation. The author stated that If you’re not doing exactly what you want to, you don’t really want it. So true.
I’ve been planning lately to change my diet and go to gym. As usual, many things gained priority before these. So here is the time to change this.
The reason I am writing this down, is to keep myself motivated. When I see this post in the future, I will feel bad if I am not doing what I planned and said to.
I’ll go easy on my goals.
- My first and most important change is my diet: I need to drop as much carbs and fats as possible in the next month, then I need to keep them on the low level.
- I will put together a home fittness plan consisting of pushups, pullups and such, which I’ll do each day.
- I will go out running at least once a week. That will give me time to plan it to fit my schedule.
- I need to monitor my progress. At the beginning the mirror and my weight will be the perfect tools.
This is it for now. I am curious how writing down these things will change my motivation.
